In 1960, Frank Carioto began the second generation of the family business started by the company patriarch Augustine.

Frank increased the company customer base by supplying restaurants as well as the smaller stores his father served so well. In 1969, he built a warehouse facility in Watervliet, New York.

In 1971, Tony Carioto joined his brother Frank as they continued growing the family business adding large restaurants and food service companies.
